Kathleen Nguyen is a local Real Estate Broker in San Diego.  She has been a broker for over 20 years and has helped clients purchase residential homes, commercial buildings and invest in real estate. 

Her passion is being a Real Estate agent, investor and connector.  As a Real Estate Agent, she works with clients to obtain their dream home or obtain their first home.  As a Real Estate Investor, she invests in single family homes, multi-family syndications, and performing and non-performing notes.  As a Real Estate Connector, she connects real estate investors to deals and raises capital for projects that she herself creates or partners with.  She also helps other real estate agents find ways to earn multiple income streams and create retirement wealth.

During her off time, Kathleen loves to vacation with her family in tropical areas and cruise the Caribbean Sea.  Kathleen is happily married for over 15 years and has 2 children.  She is an immigrant from Vietnam but has been residing in San Diego for over 40 years.  She is fluent in English and semi-fluent in Vietnamese.  She is an X-Gen, so she understands the struggle that her generation goes through, being sandwiched between elderly parents and growing children.

Kathleen is a proud American and loves and appreciates the United States of America for all of its opportunities.  She is grateful for the men and women who have sacrificed to make “America the land of the free and the home of the brave!”
